Event Description
Duduza Care Centre will be hosting a Palliative care Fun Run. The Theme is “Symptom Control” in Palliative Care. The main objective to is to fundraise for hospice work (pain and symptom control) and to encourage the community to take charge of their health and maintain healthy lifestyles.
Therefore, we are inviting you to participate in our fun run/ fun walk (5km,10km and 20km) as part of fundraising for the hospice which will be held at Maria Ratschitz Catholic Mission on Saturday, the 5th of October 20245km FUN RUN:
Position 1: R1000.00
Position 2: R750.00
Position 3: R500.00
The registration fee is R150 per person. The money that will be generated towards the event by the participants in the fun run will go towards the sustainability of Palliative Care services rendered in the Hospice (inpatient unit) and Home-Based Care patients in the communities.
